Leadership is all about performance. A leader is chosen by the people in order to achieve what they desire. A good leader is the one who interpret what his people want and implement. A good leader is seen by his characters. These characters include being open to freely interact with people, fight
for his people and most important is to help them alevate their problems.

Today in Tana River county we have seen many leaders. They lead us, and they leave us with nothing to brag about. For over 50 years of independence Tana River is regarded as one of the county with the poorest economy, poverty, illiteracy, infrastructure, etc.

Although we have been stamped as a maginalised county, i still believe we have hope. I still believe we can make it. I still believe we have leaders. I believe Major Godhana is the leader of TRC. He is the saviour of our county.

Talking about Godhana, this guy in 5 years has achieved more that what 'others' cant achieve in 10 years. As an Mp in Galole few years back, he managed to interprate the mind of Galolean people and he managed to do exactly what they wanted. He was nicknamed 'Simba jwa Tsana' because he had fearlessly encountered all the challenges that were feared by the previous leaders.

His performance were excellent. He disbursed CDF funds for children to go to school, he build schools to educate the young, he build hospitals to help sick mothers, he constructed water projects to quench the thirsty, he build libraries to expand brains, schemes to employ youth etc, the list is endless. All these were in Galole constituency.
