There is a minute circulating around the internet of a meeting held in year 2000 whose main aim was to choose Mungatana to vie for mp inorder to pass an agenda of claiming lands which have been occupied by the Wangatana, Wantu wa Dzuu, and Waorma.
The said minute which was chaired by mzee Masinza Pakia, claim that they want to choose Mungatana as an mp aspirant inorder to restore the dignity of Wabuu clan from the immigrants who have settled on their land.
GNC gasa believe that the gasa who annointed DBM might be having the same agenda as that of year 2000. So far the current 25 gasa has refuted the claim as a mere propaganda to divide the pokomo just as they did in the previous election
